Top poet, spoken word artist and writer, Titilope who got married to Seun Williams in 2016 took to Instagram a few days back to mark their third wedding anniversary.
She shared adorable photos from her white wedding ceremony in Santorini and wrote;
Three. Santorini. May 17, 2016
It’s amazing how much life can happen in a year, then two, then three, but here we are, living it as though it was always this way.
This is 3 and there are 3 of us now, and we are both living in our 33rd year. There are levels to this trinity.
What we now know of God, of grace, of a covering that never shifts, of a love that reaches deep refusing to be moved, is that there is deeper still.
I am in awe of this life we have built. I am so proud of this life we have built, how the foundation of it is made of stronger things. Our faith. Our insistence on the simple things: the value of quality time, of laughter, of the memories we build everyday. Everything else becomes an extra that cannot shake the center. Our most valuable things are right here in the middle.
What a privilege it is to do life with you, to grow with you in the thick and the thin, to see you father our son, you love him so deeply it feels like you’re loving me twice.
I am so grateful for it all. I love you, Oluwaseun. Here’s to four and forever. 💞
