I ordered my dress (remotely) and the fitting on the final product was 2 sizes too small. The dress was also very dirty, and I was offered no option to remedy this massive problem just a few weeks to my wedding. The customer service also needs a massive improvement, as they took my feedback for a joke and responded ‘LOL’ to my feedback. I had to use my own additional money to completely redo the dress. This was such a disappointing experience!
