We have been fascinated the last 10 days and there’s a great reason. On Friday, March 23rd, Fatima, the daughter of Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote wedded her beau Jamil Abubakar at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. This capped a one week plus of events from Kano to Abuja to Lagos.
Many dignitaries attended the various events including Microsoft’s Co-Founder Bill Gates, Vice President of Nigeria Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and his wife Dolapo, the First Lady – Hajiya Aisha Buhari, Former Presidents – Olusegun Obasanjo and General Yakubu Gowon, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, Emir of Kano – Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi and Femi Otedola.
