Submission

Wohoo!! We are ecstatic that you are considering a submission. We accept submissions for weddings, bridal inspiration shoots, and events.

Requirements (for Real Weddings)
  1. Submissions should have 30 – 100 quality images and showcase various elements – bridal attire, groom’s attire, cake, bouquet, decor, etc. To get an idea of what we showcase, kindly visit our weddings page.
  2. All submissions must be original, that is, you either own or have permission to submit. Please obtain permission from the photographer or owner.
  3. Story (e.g wedding planning, proposal, how couple met, etc.)
  4. Images must be at least 640 x 640 pixels, jpeg and contain at most the photographer’s watermark/logo.
  5. Only individual images (no combination of images) permitted.
  6. Submission must include names, roles and contact information for participating vendor
  7. Name of the couple, contact information, wedding date and venue.
  8. Wedding date must be within 4 months of the submission.
  9. We ask for “Exclusivity” – submission should not appear on any other site.
Requirements (for Inspiration Shoots)
  1. Submission should have 10 – 30 quality images.
  2. Submission must be original, that is, you either own or have permission to submit. Please obtain permission from the photographer.
  3. Description (e.g concept for dress/cake/hair/makeup). Must be at least 100 words.
  4. Images must be at least 640 x 640 pixels, jpeg and contain at most the photographer’s watermark/logo.
  5. Only individual images (no merging of images) permitted.
  6. Submission must include names, roles and contact information for participating vendor
  7. We ask for “Exclusivity” – submission should not appear on any other site.
Requirements (for Events)
  1. Event Name
  2. Description of the event (at least 100 words)
  3. Event Organizer Detail (Name, Phone and Email)
  4. Event Venue Detail (Name and Full Address)
  5. Date and Time of the Event
  6. Event Cost
  7. (Optional) Flyer or image for the event. Must be at least 600 x 600 pixels.
How to Submit
  1. Place image files in a Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive folder (ensure we can access it).
  2. Send all requirements (including link to images) via email to iludioweddings @ gmail.com.
Our Review Process
  1. All submissions go through an approval process.
  2. Takes up to 2 days for an approved submission to appear.
  3. If a submission does not appear within this period, it was not considered. We are very selective and don’t offer a reason for an unapproved submission.
