How We Met
First comes school, then comes marriage.
We met back in varsity off campus and didn’t think much to it. We hung out a couple of times back in school and stayed friends. We both graduated, came out into the real world, started working and drifted apart. Until about a year and 2 months ago, when the sparks came flying in and we thought to ourselves “This could be something.”
The Proposal

7 months, 4 weeks, 2 days from when we became an item, I did my usual uber duties and dropped her off at work in the morning. Little did she know later that night was going to be a big night. Evening came, and being a Doctor in the ICU, she and her colleagues had to sort out an emergency. When it was clear the patient was in a stable condition, her colleague brought her out of the ICU to the reception area. She walked in, and ran back stunned and moments later came back and met me on one knee. She screamed, shouted "YES," and we were engaged
