According to Funke,
- The first thing is to announce to family and friends. Also, let others know that you are engaged… Share the excitement.
- Next, you should think about the kind of wedding you want. How big? Is it a destination wedding?
- You should sit down with groom and family to decide.
- You should determine the season as it can affect the wedding cost and setting. Outdoor weddings can be difficult when it rains.
- You should determine who pays for what. Is it the Bride, Groom, Groom’s family or Bride’s family? Be realistic!
- Finally, you should call your wedding planner.
